Perfect. Was very surprised how easy it was to use and how quickly it worked. Been using a laser facial hair remover for several years and have begun to realize it's not working like it used to. Decided to try something different. So happy that all those old wives tales about women shaving their facial hair and the hair will grow back darker and thicker has not happened to me. I am so happily satisfied with this little facial hair remover. I will say that people need to read the little instruction booklet that comes with it, if only just to be able to change the shaver head from face to eyebrows. First time I did it, I had not secured the attachment head and it popped off. Thankfully I had not begun using it when this happened. For me, it is a wonderful little item that is easy to take anywhere and fits discreetly in my purse. Exactly as described. Exactly what I wanted. Perfectly priced. Love the two interchangeable attachments. Delivered earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. Perfect for my use.

I am happy with this facial hair remover overall. It works really well on my upper lip and chin, removing both fine and coarse hairs without irritating my skin. It's painless, rechargeable, and the built-in light is a nice feature. I did find that it wasn't as effective on my eyebrows—it took several passes, and some of the very fine hairs were still left behind. However, for facial hair on the chin and upper lip, it works great and leaves my skin feeling smooth. Overall, I think it's a great value for the price and would recommend it.

I use this every other day or more as needed. Works very well. Removed the hair quickly and painlessly without skin irritation. I have extremely sensitive skin and no issues with this at all. I do have excessive chin hair and this take it out without razor bump and gets to those hard to reach areas. But I do need to stretch the skin to make sure I get those areas really well.

If you have issues with ingrowns in chin hair I suggest to exfoliate with wet wash cloth first and dry. This helps get the dead skin cells off and an smoother to remove hair.

Easy to charge. Easy to switch the heads for eyebrows and also empty and clean. It is durable. Great value for money. Great quality. Would buy again and would highly recommend.

I really like this facial hair and eyebrow trimmer. It is easy to use, works well, and is very convenient. It removes unwanted hair quickly without irritating my skin. The size is perfect to carry in my purse, and the battery lasts well. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

I've tried many, but this is the best hair removal device I have used. Easy to recharge, no stings, small compact, comes with charging cord, strong motor, easy to clean with included brush, strong metal exterior in pretty colors. Excellent.

I am semi happy with this trimmer. I find that it works as is expected. I wouldn't say it has a perfect performance, but it works well for how I want to use it.

However, I do have several issues. first, i was immediately annoyed that this doesn't come with any type of carrying case or anything or way to contain the parts. You get a charging cord and two trimmer heads. it would have been nice had something been provided since, obviously, this has more than one essential components.

The bigger issue is that I find this to be VERY hard to clean and keep sanitized in a reasonable way. This may seem obvious, but you definitely need to use this on CLEAN skin, free of any makeup, lotions or oils. The trimmer heads can gunk up very easily, preventing the hairs from going into the blades.

The biggest issue is that hair will get caught within the flat trimmer head. It maps up in there and the only way to get it out is to take a toothpick and cotton swab into it. It takes significant time to clean this system. And again, nothing is provided to help you keep this clean, not even a small brush for clearing hair.
